When you purchase services from ISADIAN, you can use your specified credentials (included in your welcome email) to login to our simple, intuitive customer portal. Here you can manage the content you wish to distribute to your chosen social media streams.
Publishing information once the accounts are set-up is done in a few easy steps.
1) If you have an existing social media account, you can provide account information or choose for ISADIAN to create the respective social media content. In both cases, ISADIAN will either populate the account with the relevant information about your business or ensure that it is current and up to date.

2) ISADIAN’s customer portal provides for an easy to use interface where you can upload your content (text, images, video clips, audio files) and flag it for release at the time you specify.

3) ISADIAN will submit and cross post this content to the relevant sites, and then provide you with the status of the content submission.

In the event that media such as images, video clips and audio files are submitted, ISADIAN will prepare the respective media to ensure that the content is not rejected due to technical constraints.

4) ISADIAN will moderate feedback from your subscriber base and ensure that it remains relevant to the submitted content and does not reflect badly on your business.

5) At the end of the month, ISADIAN can provide you with information based on your month’s activity and social media feedback that you could use for your newsletter.
