ISADIAN reserves full rights on deciding whether the content is appropriate or not.

ISADIAN is reliant on the content provided by their customers to publish to the social media outlets. Subscribed customers maintain provided information on its customer integration portal.

ISADIAN cannot be held responsible for any negative comments or criticism on any of the social media accounts maintained for its customers, nor shall it be held responsible for the loss of revenue

The Customer may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any websites belonging to ISADIAN, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Neither ISADIAN nor any of its authorised representatives shall be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, albeit incidental, direct, indirect of consequential claims and/or damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or any other information, business interruption, loss of privacy, failure to meet any duty) arising out of or in any way related to the use of any of the products and services offered by ISADIAN.

Other than gross negligence or malicious intent on the part of ISADIAN, any liability of ISADIAN for faulty execution of its products or services as well as all damages suffered by the Customer, whether direct or indirect, as a result of the malfunctioning of such Software, shall require ISADIAN to rectify the malfunction, within a reasonable time and free of charge, provided that ISADIAN is notified immediately of the damage or faulty execution of affected services.

The validity and interpretation of this agreement will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

Although ISADIAN makes reasonable effort to compose articles to be submitted to Wikipedia for publication, ISADIAN takes no responsibility for the published article and its content and cannot be held responsible for the published content as ISADIAN does not have any control over Wikipedia content.

Upon subscription, the customer undertakes to provide ISADIAN with all necessary content in order to create and maintain social media accounts and web hosting. This includes, but is not limited to, existing account login details, company information, contact details and any other information requested by ISADIAN relating to the subscribed services.

ISADIAN is under no obligation to provide its customers with the social media login or any other content or media pertaining to the company in the event that there are outstanding monies or fees owed to ISADIAN.

All legally owned and copyright content and media provided to ISADIAN by the customer for publication to social media outlets remains the property of the customer, and while granting ISADIAN full rights and license to use said content and media on any of the social media subscriptions.

Websites hosted through ISADIAN intended for social media integration and maintenance should have reasonable requirements and permitted hosting is at full discretion of ISADIAN. ISADIAN has the right to request access to audit existing sites prior to moving sites to ISADIAN servers and all reasonable effort shall be made by the customer to provide access. Any specialised technical requirements of websites will be provided beforehand to ISADIAN by customers in writing.

Entry-level hosting packages include reasonable storage space, monthly traffic caps and limited email accounts. ISADIAN will advise as to the requirements for respective customer requirements.

Website maintenance involves technical updates to its structure and does not include operational administration of content on a day-to-day basis.

Statistics and collated information provided by ISADIAN for use by its customers are limited by the facilities provided by the subscribed social media outlets.
